Operations Manager (Earthworks experience mandatory)

About the business:

From a transport co-operative established in 1959 to Australia’s leading material management group today, Lantrak is a story of rapid growth built on excellence and integrity.

Since 1959, Lantrak’s core business has been material management. We have contributed to many significant projects across the eastern seaboard and developed relationships that are the cornerstone of our business today.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for an individual with a background in operating plant and equipment, who is ready to transition from the field and apply their practical knowledge to a strategic role as our Operations Manager.

If you’re someone who has spent years in the field, ready to step out of the machine and take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

  • Plant Management System:  Successfully implement and use the plant management system (an in-house built system) to deliver agreed project objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Site Supervisors to maintain effective communication.
  • Compliance: Utilisation of assets and resources, ensuring resources (equipment and personnel) are compliant with legal, site and other requirements.
  • Engage third-party contractors where necessary to service supply demands (e.g., labour hire, subcontractors, plant, equipment).

About you:
